Where the Light Begins Festival, delivered by Hope on Prescription, was the first-ever poetry festival in Dartford. A powerful celebration of words, wellbeing and community connection. Bringing together artists, schools, health partners and local organisations, it was a true cross-sector collaboration built on the belief that hope and creativity belong to everyone. The festival supported community creating creativity, amplifying diverse voices and proving that when we write together, the light truly begins.
Slow down, breathe, and reconnect through words. A friendly space to reflect and express.
Whether you're looking to boost your wellbeing, spark creativity, or simply connect with others, this is your space to explore. Give yourself the gift of creative expression!
