A unique series of creative, community-based workshops using poetry and creative writing to support mental health, emotional resilience, and human connection.
Rooted in hope and creativity, these sessions are designed to uplift, empower, and connect. They offer a safe, inclusive space for individuals over the age of 18, inspiring adults to express themselves, build confidence, and reconnect with others.
Whether you’re navigating stress, loneliness, or simply seeking inspiration, your first three workshops are free to attend and open to everyone. We kindly ask for affordable donations after your first three sessions to help cover the costs of hiring the hall.
“Welcoming, lots of love and mental support… we need more workshops and events like this to address loneliness in this area” - Juliya
